After the failed attempt at making Fred Thompson out to be a racist because of a character he once played, they had to go back 34 years for some "real" dirt on him.

Pres. Richard Nixon called him dumb and a Nixon aide talked about how willing he was to assist with the cover up, even though he was instrumental in revealing the existence of the tapes.

Important revelations here. NOT!

The media still mentions the revealing of Valerie Plame as a CIA agent even though we all know there are no charges related to the original reason for the investigation. Libby is on trial for not remembering two year old conversations. It probably wouldn't take much to get me on the same charge.

Nobody has been charged for outing Plame because it was not a crime. Fitzgerald admitted late in the case that he didn't know if Plame even was a covert agent though the entire charge would hinge on that. The whole case is an attempt to chip away at the Bush administration and further the anti-Iraq war cause.

In other news, Al Gore is still trying to scare our children about global warming.

requiring four male witnesses before a woman could bring rape charges against a man. The newly passed Women's Protection Act reduced it to three male witnesses. Muslims are marching in the streets demanding repeal of this "liberal" atrocity.

In other Muslim countries women are jailed or killed for the evil deed of being raped.

And yet the world seems to only care about alleged human rights violations by the U.S.

Rioting in the streets?
Stores looted?
Buildings burned?
Recounts demanded?
Lawsuits threatened?
News anchors claiming the American people threw a "temper tantrem"?

None of the above.

What a concept.

If a majority of the population looks at a handicapped person and says "I wouldn't want to live that way" then it's ok to kill him/her.

God help us all.

Terri Schiavo, who has been described as having no cerebral cortex and
cannot feel pain, is being given morphine to help curb the pain.

I've resigned myself to the fact that nobody is going to stop this now but
as soon as it's over the State of Florida should seize her body and begin a
murder investigation.
