requiring four male witnesses before a woman could bring rape charges against a man. The newly passed Women's Protection Act reduced it to three male witnesses. Muslims are marching in the streets demanding repeal of this "liberal" atrocity.
In other Muslim countries women are jailed or killed for the evil deed of being raped.
And yet the world seems to only care about alleged human rights violations by the U.S.
Despite being a lifelong Republican, I have never voted straight party. I look at the person and vote for whichever is the best. I consider myself a conservative/libertarian, slightly to the right of G.W. Bush but left of Rush Limbaugh. I'm a highly opinionated person, especially when it comes to politics, but I will also listen to others' opinions in the course of conversation. My letters to the Daily Oklahoman are published nearly 100% of the time, but their restrictions on how often you can write leave me frustrated. I started this blog to vent my feelings and maybe educate anyone who chances upon it. Feel free to leave comments but be forewarned that I will edit or delete posts with crude or insulting language.
